Efficient, Thorough and Reliable

Our sophisticated equipment allows for up to 20,000 square feet of level, consistent coverage. Coupled with rapid drying time, our system ensures that we efficiently meet your flooring needs. ColoradoCrete’s flooring and materials professionals work as a cohesive team to complete even large scale projects in a timely manner.

Quality Cement and Materials

Our flooring materials are uniquely designed for sturdy support and lightning-fast installation. A blend of gypsum and Portland cement underlayment provide a strong foundation for a new floor, and we specialize in renewing worn and rough slabs with our materials. With compression strengths upwards of 4,500 psi, our gypsum flooring is an effective insulator, shock absorber, and holds up to wear over time.

Our Portland-based cement boats compression strengths of 7,000 psi and is ideal for large scale commercial or industrial structures. For residential structures, we provide sound-dampening mats over our compressed flooring materials to bolster the airtight, soundproofing properties of our materials. When you contract with ColoradoCrete, you can be certain you’re receiving flooring materials of the highest quality, with a lifespan that minimizes maintenance costs.

Precision

One of the most fundamental elements of any foundational construction is precision. At ColoradoCrete, our teams are trained and experienced with laser leveling and a series of measures to ensure evenness and precise installation of your gypsum or concrete flooring. We take the extra steps in the initial phases of every project in order to secure a solid result and eliminate the need for back-tracking or immediate maintenance in the future.

Other Flooring Services

In addition to concrete and gypsum flooring, ColoradoCrete may also provide leveling and refinishing services for wooden and vinyl flooring. Whether encapsulating vinyl asbestos tile or smoothing our wood floors, our experts are up to the task! We can even level over concrete and hollow core planks to provide a modern, professional looking end result.

Our Services Improve Structures

When our clients contract ColoradoCrete’s specialty flooring services, they are investing in the health and quality of their buildings. Residential, industrial and commercial structures may be upgraded in both appearance and functionality. With our insulating materials and thorough installation techniques, we can improve the lives of building residents.

For example, increasing the sound rating for floor and ceiling constructs, as well as providing specific underlayment for heat retention on particularly radiant floors. We tackle new and large-scale developments with ease, as our cutting-edge equipment enables coverage of large areas of flooring within a highly competitive timeframe.

Benefits of Quality Concrete and Gypsum

Gypsum concrete is a fortified mineral underlayment material used in a variety of flooring constructs. High quality underlayment is essential in providing long-term structural support for any type of flooring—especially within large structures such as office buildings, industrial plazas and even condo or residential structures.

Portland concrete is another gypsum blended concrete underlayment whose characteristics are even more supportive of precise and level structures. Portland concrete underlayment is self-leveling and highly compact, with compression strengths of 7,000 psi, making it an ideal choice for structures which require solid, low maintenance foundational flooring.

The compression strength of ColoradoCrete’s gypsum and Portland concrete blends not only create a solid base layer for flooring, but also provides auxiliary properties like heat retention and insulation to help regulate the interior temperatures of even large area buildings or residences.

Due to the versatility and proven strength of both gypsum and Portland concrete material blends, as well as the dedication and professionalism of our installation teams, ColoradoCrete projects are laid, leveled and dried in record time. We utilize state of the art leveling tools which enable our installers to set specific elevation grades, both when applying new underlayments or when leveling old slabs. We also renew old, rough or worn slabs by capping them for a finish that looks brand new!

TESTIMONIALS

“ColoradoCrete poured the floor on a residential project in Longmont for me. Their communication was great, they were flexible in schedule, and showed up on time, did an amazing job, and were very quick. I highly recommend them.”

Alex Gore

“ColoradoCrete did a great job on our project. We had a major structural remodel for a hotel we were building in Denver with some significant deflection that needed to be leveled and very tight weight constraints for what we could use to level the floors. ColoradoCrete came up with some unique light weight and cost effective solutions for our project. They are great to work with and came in to perform quickly and professionally.”

Zach Belsey, Project: Inn at Cherry Creek, Contractor: Haselden Construction

“Colorado Crete came in and was able to level our 24,000 square foot floor. We had numerous differing levels of existing sub floor with slope to each of our exits. Using 2 pours with different materials for each Colorado Crete provided us a flat and level subfloor for installation of large format ceramic tile. This was a challenging install, with a fantastic outcome. Colorado Crete is my go to partner for floor prep.”

John Anson, Sheraton Hotel

“I had the pleasure of working with Colorado Crete, Inc. in Broomfield, CO where a gypsum pour was required following the demo of old fieldstone tile prior to installing carpet. Colorado Crete, Inc. was the only company that was willing to make this happen despite a very strict and fast paced schedule in an open and operating hotel. They immediately sent in their project manager Kade, scheduled us for the pour within a few days of the site visit and completed it in the utmost professional and timely manner. We ended up using them in two other locations on the property before job completion. I highly recommend Colorado Crete, Inc. for their professionalism and exceptional quality of work. Thank you Colorado Crete, Inc. for a job well done.”
